Purpose and Scope

This policy discloses what information we gather about you when you visit The Learning Park (TLP). It describes how we use that information and how you can control it.

Information TLP Gathers

TLP collects only information provided by users: 1) data that users volunteer by submitting an application for study; and 2) information supplied through email inquiries or correspondence.

We use the personal information you provide voluntarily to send information you've requested and to ascertain the appropriate course of study for you. The specific use of your personal information varies, depending on your purpose for contacting us:

• To receive program information, you must provide an email address. We never sell or rent the email address you provide to us.
• When you register for study at TLP, we add you to our mailing lists and will contact you in TLP related issues now and then.

We only release personal information when we believe that release is appropriate to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety ofTLP, our users, or others.

Tracking information

We analyze visitors' use of our sites by tracking information such as pageviews, traffic flow, search terms, and click through. We use this information to improve our sites. We do not share any information with advertisers that can identify an individual user.

This site contains links to other sites. TLP is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other Web Sites.

Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All the data regarding users, applicants or students are stored on a server. This server is located in a locked and guarded space and only authorizedTLP personnel have access to the database containing student and program applicant information.

Notification of Changes

If we change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on www.thelearningpark.com. If we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users via email. Users will be able to opt out of any new use of their personal information.
